Family Law Mediation Services

In addition to his years as a family law practitioner, the attorney behind Divorce411 has served in the capacities of a settlement conference judge, mediator, and a judge pro tempore in hundreds of cases, which included hearing family law trials as a private judge.  We are pleased to announce that we now offer mediation services to assist in the resolution of either cases or troublesome issues.

OUR CLIENTS' TESTIMONIALS

Bill is very calm in the storm, intimidating in the battle, and comforting when needed. He is extremely knowledgeable about family law and the players within our county. I called another attorney to get a second opinion about my case and they straight up told me that Bill is the most knowledgeable about case law in this area, and has been for a long time, and that I was in good hands. Bill has been honest about everything from the beginning, has true integrity both with me and with the court, and is genuinely a good man. If you're looking for a shady attorney who fights dirty, let me know and I'll give you recommendations. But if you're on the other side of that shady attorney who is fighting dirty, Bill will help you find peace and strength while he deals with the chaos.

Bill was a pleasure to work with, especially given the circumstances created by a drawn out divorce process. Unfortunately, this was a much longer process than it needed to be, but Bill took it all in stride. His knowledge of the law and the procedural aspects of practice in our county was unmatched in my experience, and his rates reflect the broad depth of knowledge and experience he brings to the table. Bill was patient and professional, and I am incredibly grateful he was on my side throughout this process. I could not recommend him more highly.

I was referred to Bill after being taken advantage of with my previous attorney. He is absolutely the best! If I had to grade his courtroom demeanor and professionalism he'd get an A+! I will forever be grateful that I hired him to assist me in my divorce. You will not be disappointed!
