A Strategic Case Evaluation is designed to provide responses to all of a client's questions related to the processes of separation and divorce, including child custody and support issues, and a review of the client's case that is focused on the identification and resolution of potential issues in the proceeding, together with a comprehensive analysis of the facts and law related to those issues. [2 Hours] Zoom or Phone Conferences $149.00, includes the review of up to 15 pages of documents, and a copy of Divorce411's "Guide to the California Dissolution Process". THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PREPARATION OF ANY JUDICIAL COUNCIL FORMS, OR THE PAYMENT OF ANY FILING FEES.
